PRODUCT LAUNCH - Heat Sink Regulator
Where high flows of CO2 and CO2/Argon
shielding gas mixtures are used, there is a possibility of the
regulator freezing due to excess withdrawal or cold ambient
temperatures.
Tesuco has added a new gas regulator to the range that has a
body made of lightweight aluminium and is machined in a heat sink
fin style. This is to allow the maximum amount of ambient air
temperature to "warm" the body preventing the regulator freezing
for flows up to 100 Litres per minute.
The outlet is a standard 5/8-18 UNF RH connection so
a combination of flowmeters and T pieces can be fitted. Eight
different standard models are available to suit various
combinations of flowmeter attachment.
These heat sink regulators have a
working pressure of 20,000 kPa and a set outlet pressure of 300
