PRODUCT LAUNCH - Gas Pre-Heaters

Where high flows of CO2 and CO2/Argon shielding gas mixtures are used, there is a possibility of the regulator freezing due to excess withdrawal or cold ambient temperatures.  Tesuco has added a new gas heater to the product range for use in industrial and beverage gas applications.

There are two models.  The first has a Type 30 stem and nut inlet and a Type 30 male outlet connection.  It has been designed to fit between the cylinder and the regulator (or manifold connection lead).

The other has a ¼ BSPT female inlet and ¼ BSPT male outlet.  This model has been specifically designed to fit onto the inlet of a beer or post mix board.

Gas heaters warm the gas prior to entering the regulator where high flows are required to be delivered without freezing. They are ideal for use with CO2 and CO2/Argon shielding gas mixtures or in beverage applications where venues require high flows for dispensing beer and soft drinks.

The heaters have a working pressure of 20,000 kPa with a 100 Watt capacity. They are compact and have a very sturdy design.  Further details are available on the brochure, by following this link.
