PRODUCT FOCUS - GENLOK Compression Fittings

Compression fittings are used extensively for chemical, oil and gas, research and development, bio-tech and semiconductor applications. They are used where two tubes or thin walled pipes need to be connected, giving a gas or liquid tight seal. These fittings are usually used in high purity environments or where soldering or braising of the pipes would create a hazard.

GENLOK tube fittings consist of 4 main components: front ferrule, back ferrule, nut and body. With superior mechanical design, these fittings provide excellent sealing and tube-gripping ability, that result in leak-tight tube connections and torque free assembly. Only 1-1/4 turn (3/4 turn for tubing less than 3/16" or 4mm) is needed for installation to guarantee consistent drive of the seal against high pressure and high vacuum conditions. GENLOK tube fittings may also be disconnected and retightened many times without losing their ability to form a leak tight seal.

GENLOK tube fittings are crafted with computerised automation and strict quality control from 316 stainless steel, to withstand high pressure, vibration, vacuum and temperature change. Furthermore, they have been through critical environmental tests for performance tolerances, to ensure they are of the best quailty, provide high quality performance and meet conformance standards.

GENLOK tube fittings are available in a range of both Imperial and metric sizing. Tesuco maintains stock of all the commonly used sizes and styles, as per local customer requirements.
