PRODUCT LAUNCH - New 6,000kPa Nitrogen Regulator to AS4267

Tesuco has released a new high outlet pressure nitrogen regulator.

The regulator has been specifically designed to meet the requirements of the HVAC industry, for high pressure testing and is also ideal for motor racing applications. It is manufactured with advanced technology from high quality components and machined from brass bar stock. The regulator has large 63mm high quality WIKA pressure gauges with gauge protectors fitted for added durability. The scale reading is in both kPa and psi to suit industry requirements.

The regulator has a maximum inlet pressure of 30,000 kPa, a maximum outlet pressure of 6,000 kPa and a very high flow rate at 150 m3/h.

The inlet is Type 50 to suit nitrogen cylinders and the outlet is ¼" SAE flare to suit common hose connections. The regulator is fitted with a safety relief valve to protect the diaphragm and equipment downstream from over pressurisation and there is an inlet filter to protect the internal parts of the regulator from contamination.
